Judy Nie – Consultant

Judy is a Consultant at Rubicon Red an independent consulting firm helping customers enable enterprise agility and operational excellence through the adoption of emerging technologies such as Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Business Process Management (BPM) and Cloud Computing.

Prior to Rubicon Red Judy worked as a Technical Analyst in the Oracle Corporation and was a highly valued member of the Oracle Fusion Middleware Integration Team.  During this time she provided technical support in the areas of BPEL, ESB, BAM, BPA, B2B and BAM and was the recipient of two Outstanding Individual Contributor Awards.  Judy is also proficient in cross-platform office productivity software suites design and development (Windows, Linux).  She has over four years’ experience in IBM Lotus Workplace series and Open Office development.

Judy holds a M.S. and B.S. in Computer Science from the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.  Judy’s area of expertise includes Programming and Modeling Languages such as Java, C, SQL, J2EE, DB2, Jsp, JavaScript, Servlets, Notes, XML, ASP, IBM Rational Rose and Eclipse EMF.  She has written papers published in the Computer Science Journal and has been a contributor to the book Oracle Programming Guide and CorelDraw9
