Rubicon Red offers all customers a 24/7 support service to align with the business and mission critical deployments of solutions on Oracle's Fusion Middleware platform. This includes the ability to log calls via the internet, using our IT Service Management (ITSM) based solution. We also offer integration with existing customer support systems. Rubicon Red's Support Centre is located in Fortitude Valley near Brisbane's CBD.
A dedicated Support Delivery Manager is available to customers who need a holistic view of problems and incidents. Using industry defined ITIL based processes for problem and incident management, our customers are always kept informed of the status of all issues and the progress of any tasks that impact the operational availability of the platform.
Rubicon Red has an Advanced Customer Support offering; the primary focus of this offering is the rapid diagnoses and resolution of critical issues that impact systems either in production or scheduled for production. This offering tends to be deployed on-demand and has been utilized by a variety of customers.
